MIC’s Provider Portal is a new tool for helping practitioners manage their patients’ appointments with MIC and communicate directly with our Digital Customer Engagement Team.

MIC’s Provider Portal can enhance your practice through:

    • Verify the booking status of all submitted requests.
    • Access details for upcoming appointments and track patient attendance.
    • Check for rescheduled or cancelled appointments.

    • Each appointment request auto-generates a requisition in our system.
    • Upload additional documents directly through our Provider Portal.
  • Seamless Communication
    • Directly communicate with our Digital Engagement Team using the portal’s messaging feature or through a direct phone line.
  • View Images
    • Launch into a web-based image viewer with basic tools with one click.
  • Instant Access to Exam Reports
    • View finalized exam reports for your patients directly in the portal.
